What We Collect

We collect the data required to provide the requested product, service, or diagnostic workflow. Depending on the surface, this may include:

  • Email address for subscriptions, delivery, support, or requested updates
  • Inputs voluntarily submitted to a site form or diagnostic workflow
  • Checkout session metadata required to fulfill paid digital products
  • Paid Chronicle unlock metadata required to restore lifetime article access
  • Technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and performance

ForgePrivacy Local-Data Boundary

ForgePrivacy is designed as local software. Identity inventory, case details, evidence, and private reports remain on the purchaser's system and are not sent to Greyforge or analytics by default. Website checkout and entitlement systems process only the minimum purchase and recovery metadata described here; they do not receive the local ForgePrivacy vault.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Greyforge Labs never sees or stores your credit card information. Your transaction data is handled by Stripe according to their security standards.

How We Use Your Data

Service inputs are used only to fulfill the requested workflow, improve reliability, and respond to support needs. We do not build dossiers or sell your personal details to third-party data brokers. Your email is used for delivery and, if opted in, for occasional Greyforge updates.

Service Providers

We use limited service providers necessary to run the site, accept payments, deliver digital products, restore paid Chronicle access, and receive operational purchase alerts. These providers may process the minimum data needed for those purposes.

  • Stripe for checkout, payment status, and product fulfillment metadata
  • Upstash, Vercel Blob, or an equivalent hosted data store for paid access receipts, report records, and session records
  • Vercel for hosting and deployment infrastructure
  • Resend for transactional delivery emails
  • Telegram for internal purchase notifications with reduced session detail

We do not share data with advertisers or marketing platforms.

Security Practices

Payment card data is handled by Stripe. Greyforge limits the personal data it processes to the checkout, fulfillment, access recovery, support, and operational records described on this page. Report a suspected security or privacy problem through the contact address below.
