1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Greyforge Labs ("Greyforge", "we", "us", or "our"), including greyforge.tech, store products, private engagements, public demonstrations, and related surfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Informational Outputs
Informational Purposes Only: Public dashboards, signal briefs, security reports, diagnostics, and product outputs are provided for informational use.
No Professional Advice: These outputs do not constitute financial, medical, legal, security, or professional advice. You should not rely on any output as the sole basis for critical decisions.
Limitation of Liability: Greyforge Labs is not responsible for any actions taken, or not taken, based on the content of public pages, product outputs, or informational outputs.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to view public pages and use published open-source projects under their respective licenses. Private systems, unpublished materials, and proprietary capability products, private deployments, and proprietary materials may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without express written consent from Greyforge Labs.
Paid Chronicle unlocks grant personal reading access only. They do not grant redistribution, resale, automated extraction, bulk scraping, training-set ingestion, or republication rights.
4. Refund Policy
Digital subscriptions, reports, product activations, and private engagements are handled according to the terms shown on the active checkout or project page at the time of purchase or activation.
Paid downloadable packages, including ForgeQuant, ForgeStrike, and Agent Cards, are delivered as digital goods. Once checkout succeeds and download access is issued, the sale is generally final unless required by law or unless Greyforge separately approves an exception. Download links may expire after the fulfillment window shown on the product or return page.
Paid Chronicle article unlocks are lifetime reading access for the checkout email. Browser sessions and recovery links may expire, but the underlying article unlock remains available unless the purchase is refunded, charged back, or revoked for abuse.
Self-hosted packages are provided without managed-service guarantees. You are responsible for installation, configuration, lawful use, local data protection, and any third-party services you personally configure.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greyforge Labs operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
